Why do we call our kennel TENDER STORM?
When we were coming up with the name for our kennel, we wanted it to characterize our two girls as the founders of our kennel. Each one expressed one word in the title.
The word for our elder, Andy, was perfect right away: TENDER. If we put aside Andy’s outdoor passions for a moment, she is our gentle, sensitive, and delicate little creature – our angel. Sometimes, we even hear that she is the good one. She knows what she can and cannot do and follows the rules. Andy has been discreet and sensible since a very early age; she has always dealt with everything steadily, even the arrival of Siya. She never let anyone or anything provoke her. On the contrary, she somewhat brought Siya up and the two girls became great buddies from the very beginning. Andy is deserving of the word angel.
She is a friendly, nice, loving and easy-going girl.
However, coming up with the right word for Siya wasn’t that easy. It took us almost two months before we could say that we nailed it!
Siya brought a lot of energy and commotion to our hitherto peaceful home from day one, essentially bringing to a close the era of the calm household. This girl is full of energy, passion, and she’s up for any mischief. You can sense the temperament glowing in her eyes from miles away. Therefore, the word STORM is perfectly fitting. Siya is such a beautiful storm and you will fall in love with everything, including the thunder and lightning. She is often called a cheeky little scamp at home ... although we see it as being honesty from the heart. She’s a girl that shows you her love full on and passionately and the same passion she shows for any mischief. She will jump on your lap under any circumstances and always convince someone that they have time to cuddle with her. She’s a great buddy for kids, who will never get bored with her.
So together, the name TENDER STORM perfectly expresses our Pinscher girls.
